A little bit about me:
Born in South Korea, grew up in Argentina, Licentiate in Information Systems from UBA Argentina, Technologist by hobby but Capital Markets Banking Tech by profession, married and proud father of 3 kids, I took on not just as a hobby but as a change in lifestyle fully since 2010. I started with some small races just for fun while still smoking, and evetually embraced my passion to end up doing some of the most incredible adventures in the world.
A note from the founder - Chang
Consistency of Training
“Training consistently is key. Even if it’s just a little bit every day, staying dedicated to your routine builds momentum and results.”
Fuel for Your Body
“What you put into your body matters. Your food is your fuel. Choosing the right fuel can make or break your performance.”
Quality of Food
“The quality of your food is essential. Prioritizing whole, nutritious foods can help your body recover and perform at its best.”
Popular Recovery Shakes and Powder
“While recovery shakes are convenient, they can be too generic. You need more than standard solutions to support your unique recovery needs.”
Customization in Nutrition
“Everyone is different. Your body has its own unique demands, so a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition won’t cut it.”
Training and Metabolism Differences
“Your metabolism plays a big role in how you burn calories and recover. The same training can affect people differently based on their metabolic rate.”
Women's Specific Nutritional Needs
“Women experience different stages and nutritional needs than men. Tailoring nutrition to these changes is crucial for optimal health and performance.”
Busy Life and Commitments
“Balancing work, family, and social commitments makes it hard to focus on nutrition. But it’s important to find convenient, effective ways to fuel your body properly.”
Right Recovery Food
“Your hard work in training deserves the right recovery fuel. Eating the proper nutrients after your workout ensures your effort isn’t wasted.”
